STEP THREE: PRE-INTERNSHIP TRAINING (2-4 WEEKS)

  • Once you’ve selected your intern, we begin preparing them to hit the ground running. Between 2-4 weeks of training commence, with 50% focused on the tasks and responsibilities you’ll be assigning, and 50% on work readiness. This includes organisation, effective communication, dealing with clients, writing emails, software best practices, AI, and much more.
